Brand, model number, and serial number, used to match the correct revision and documents.
Subject and message
The question you send to the support team.
Attachments
PDF, PNG, or JPEG files you choose to attach. Stored privately, never published.
Page you submitted from
The path on this site, so support knows the context of the request.
A one-way hash of your network address
Used only to limit repeated automated submissions. The address itself is not stored in readable form.

Where it is stored and who can read it

  • Requests and attachments are stored in this portal's private backend. Attachments are held in private storage and are never served publicly.
  • Only signed-in Euramco support staff with an assigned role can read requests, notes, and attachments. Anonymous visitors have no read or write access to them.
  • Support requests are never published on this site and are not used for sales or marketing.
