- Equipment details
- Brand, model number, and serial number, used to match the correct revision and documents.
- Subject and message
- The question you send to the support team.
- Attachments
- PDF, PNG, or JPEG files you choose to attach. Stored privately, never published.
- Page you submitted from
- The path on this site, so support knows the context of the request.
- A one-way hash of your network address
- Used only to limit repeated automated submissions. The address itself is not stored in readable form.
Where it is stored and who can read it
- Requests and attachments are stored in this portal's private backend. Attachments are held in private storage and are never served publicly.
- Only signed-in Euramco support staff with an assigned role can read requests, notes, and attachments. Anonymous visitors have no read or write access to them.
- Support requests are never published on this site and are not used for sales or marketing.
